Details of Simple Pump Well Cap Options
Available in 2″, 4″, 4.5″, 5″, 5″ pitless, 6″, 6″ pitless, 6.25″, 6.25″ pitless and 7″/8″ diameters
Simple Pump caps are CNC machined from a solid billet of aircraft-grade T6061 aluminum. The three Boshart caps are made from cast iron. (Note: all metal parts in actual contact with water are lead-free stainless steel.)

More about the Boshart Certified Well Cap
(For a pitless installation in a 5″, 6″ or 6.25″ well.)
The Boshart well cap is a “certified” design…. screened, bug-proof, water-tight, vented with a compressive casing seal.
The Boshart allows the professional to install a well cap that meets code in many states and provinces.
The Boshart well cap is a clamshell design. The top of the cap has only one opening — for the Simple Pump.
The wiring from your submersible exits via the bump-out you can see on the left-hand side of the cap picture.
